Grilled Vegetable and Melted Cheese Wraps
Delicious wraps filled with grilled vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots), ham, melted cheese, and homemade sauce. Perfect for a light lunch or dinner.

Ingredients
- 4 pieces Tortillas or wraps
- 150 g Broccoli
- 150 g Cauliflower
- 100 g Carrots
- 80 g Ham
- 80 g Gruyère
- 100 g Cream cheese
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- 2 tbsp Oil
- à volonté Salt
- à volonté Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the vegetables: cut broccoli and cauliflower into small florets, and slice carrots into sticks.
Step 2
Grill the vegetables in a pan with oil for 10-12 minutes over medium-high heat. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Prepare the sauce: mix cream cheese, mustard, and honey. Whisk well.
Step 4
Warm the wraps for a few seconds in a pan or oven to make them pliable.
Step 5
Assemble the wraps: spread sauce, add grilled vegetables, ham, and grated Gruyère.
Step 6
Roll the wraps tightly and serve immediately.
