Grilled Vegetable and Cheese Wraps
Fresh and satisfying wraps filled with sautéed vegetables and melting cheese. Light yet filling for dinner.

Ingredients
- 1 medium Potatoes
- 1 medium Carrots
- 100 g Spinach
- 1 medium Apples
- 4 piece Tortillas
- 100 g Shredded cheese
- 4 tbsp Tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 0.5 tsp Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Cut potatoes, carrot and apple into thin sticks. Chop the spinach.
Step 2
Heat oil in a pan and add the potato and carrot sticks.
Step 3
Cook for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden, add spinach at the end of cooking.
Step 4
Lightly warm the tortillas in a pan or microwave.
Step 5
Fill each tortilla with tomato sauce, hot vegetables, raw apple and cheese.
Step 6
Roll the wraps and serve immediately.
