Chicken wraps with roasted vegetables and tahini sauce
Delicious wraps with crispy chicken, caramelized vegetables and creamy sauce. A trendy and flavorful lunch or dinner.

Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken
- 2 piece Carrot
- 200 g Broccoli
- 4 piece Wraps (tortilla)
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 tbsp Tahini
- 2 tbsp Water
- 0.5 piece Lemon
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into pieces and the vegetables into sticks. Prepare the tahini sauce by mixing tahini, water, lemon, crushed garlic, salt and pepper.
Step 2
Cook the chicken and vegetables in the oven at 200°C for 18 minutes with oil, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Warm the wraps for 1 minute in a skillet or microwave.
Step 4
Assemble the wraps: layer tahini sauce, then roasted chicken and vegetables, then roll up.
