Grilled Chicken and Fresh Salad Wraps
Delicious wraps filled with grilled chicken, fresh salad, tomatoes and homemade sauce. Quick and tasty for a simple lunch or dinner.

Ingredients
- 300 g Chicken breast fillet
- 4 piece Tortilla wraps
- 100 g Lettuce
- 150 g Tomatoes
- 100 g Cucumber
- 100 ml Plain yogurt
- 1.5 tbsp Oil
- 0.5 piece Lemon
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into strips and season with salt and pepper
Step 2
Cook the chicken in a skillet or wok for 8 minutes until golden brown
Step 3
Prepare the sauce by mixing yogurt, lemon juice, salt and pepper
Step 4
Chop the lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber into small pieces
Step 5
Warm the wraps for 1 minute in a skillet or microwave
Step 6
Assemble each wrap: sauce, lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, then chicken
Step 7
Roll tightly and serve immediately
