Ham and Gruyère Wraps
Simple and delicious wraps filled with ham, grated Gruyère, and fresh vegetables. Perfect for a quick lunch or light snack with a salad.

Ingredients
- 4 piece Tortilla wraps
- 100 g Ham
- 80 g Grated Gruyère
- 100 g Carrots
- 50 g Fresh arugula
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise sauce
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Grate the carrots finely using a food processor or by hand. Wash and dry the arugula.
Step 2
Lightly warm the wraps in a skillet for 30 seconds on each side to soften them.
Step 3
Spread a little mayonnaise on each wrap. Add ham, grated Gruyère, grated carrots, and arugula.
Step 4
Season lightly with salt and pepper, then roll the wraps tightly. Serve immediately or wrap in aluminum foil.
