Ingredients
- 300 g peeled shrimp
- 1 piece romaine lettuce
- 1 piece mango
- 1 piece red bell pepper
- 1 bunch fresh mint
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp lime juice
Instructions
Step 1
Dice the mango and cut the pepper into thin slices.
Step 2
Sear the shrimp for 2-3 minutes in a hot skillet with a splash of fish sauce.
