Lettuce Wraps with Grilled Shrimp and Avocado

Ingredients
- 300 g Peeled shrimp
- 8 leaf Romaine lettuce leaves
- 1 piece Avocado
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Dice the cucumber into small pieces and slice the avocado thinly. Squeeze the lime.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over high heat. Sear the shrimp for 2 minutes on each side until pink. Drizzle with lime juice.
Step 3
Distribute the shrimp, avocado, and cucumber among the lettuce leaves. Roll and serve immediately.
