Grilled Tuna Lettuce Wraps with Red Pepper and Red Onion

Ingredients
- 300 g tuna steak
- 1 piece iceberg lettuce
- 1 piece red bell pepper
- 1 piece red onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Slice the bell pepper into thin strips and the red onion into thin rings. Drizzle with lemon juice.
Step 2
Brush the tuna with olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Sear for 2-3 minutes on each side in a hot skillet.
Step 3
Slice the tuna into strips. Distribute in the lettuce leaves with the peppers and onion. Roll and serve.
