Roasted Ham and Cheese Wrap
A tender and delicious wrap with ham, cheese and arugula. Perfect for lunch or a quick light dinner that you can prepare in 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 2 pieces Gluten-free tortillas
- 120 g Ham
- 100 g Cheese
- 50 g Arugula
- 1 piece Tomatoes
- 10 ml Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Warm the tortillas for 1-2 minutes in a pan or microwave.
Step 2
Wash and dry the arugula, thinly slice the tomatoes.
Step 3
On each tortilla, layer ham, grated cheese, arugula and tomatoes.
Step 4
Lightly drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Roll the tortillas tightly, cut diagonally in half and serve.
