Nori Wrap with Crispy Tofu and Shiitake Mushrooms
Nori sheets filled with golden crispy tofu, shiitake mushrooms, and zucchini sautéed with ginger. A umami-rich Japanese wrap that's low-carb.

Ingredients
- 300 g Firm tofu
- 6 leaf Nori sheets
- 150 g Shiitake mushrooms
- 1 piece Zucchini
- 10 g Fresh ginger
- 2 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the tofu into small cubes. Slice the shiitakes thinly, cut the zucchini into half-moons, and grate the ginger.
Step 2
Heat the sesame oil in a pan over high heat. Brown the tofu cubes for 5 minutes, turning them.
Step 3
Add the shiitakes, zucchini, and ginger, cook for 4 minutes. Deglaze with the soy sauce.
Step 4
Distribute the mixture on the nori sheets, roll into a cone, and serve immediately.
