Iceberg Lettuce Wraps with Crispy Paprika Chickpeas and Cucumber
Fresh, crisp iceberg lettuce leaves filled with roasted paprika chickpeas, crunchy cucumber, and creamy tahini. An express Lebanese-inspired wrap bursting with flavor.

Ingredients
- 400 g Canned chickpeas
- 1 piece Iceberg lettuce
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp Tahini
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Drain and rinse the chickpeas, dry them well with paper towels. Cut the cucumber into small cubes.
Step 2
Toss the chickpeas with olive oil and smoked paprika. Spread on a baking sheet and roast at 200°C for 15 minutes until crispy.
Step 3
Separate the lettuce leaves into cups. Fill with crispy chickpeas and cucumber cubes, then drizzle with tahini.
