Ingredients
- 300 g Scallops
- 8 leaf Iceberg lettuce leaves
- 1 piece Mango
- 100 g Red cabbage
- 1 piece Lime
- 1 tbsp Olive oil

Step 1
Thinly slice the red cabbage. Cut the mango into small dice. Squeeze the lime.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over high heat. Sear the scallops for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Step 3
Distribute the red cabbage, mango, and scallops among the lettuce leaves. Drizzle with lime juice and serve.
