Lettuce Wraps with Tofu Satay and Red Cabbage

Ingredients
- 300 g Firm tofu
- 1 piece Romaine lettuce
- 150 g Red cabbage
- 2 tbsp Peanut butter
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 bunch Fresh cilantro
Instructions
Step 1
Drain the tofu and cut into 2 cm cubes. Thinly shred the red cabbage.
Step 2
Mix the peanut butter with the soy sauce and 2 tbsp of warm water to create a smooth satay sauce.
Step 3
Sear the tofu cubes in a non-stick skillet over high heat for 6 minutes, turning frequently until golden brown.
Step 4
Arrange the shredded red cabbage in the lettuce leaves, top with grilled tofu, drizzle with satay sauce, and sprinkle with cilantro.
