Lettuce Wraps with Marinated Tempeh and Avocado
Crispy tempeh marinated in Mexican spices, wrapped in iceberg lettuce with creamy avocado and fresh tomatoes. A healthy taco without the tortilla.

Ingredients
- 250 g tempeh
- 1 piece iceberg lettuce
- 1 piece avocado
- 2 piece tomatoes
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Crumble the tempeh and mix with cumin and lime juice. Slice the avocado and dice the tomatoes.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a pan over high heat. Sauté the marinated tempeh for 5 minutes until browned.
Step 3
Separate the iceberg lettuce leaves to form cups.
Step 4
Fill each leaf with crispy tempeh, avocado slices and tomato dice. Serve immediately.
