Lettuce Wraps with Char Siu Pork and Daikon
Butter lettuce leaves filled with caramelized char siu-style pork, shredded daikon, and fresh scallions. An irresistible sweet and savory Cantonese wrap.

Ingredients
- 300 g pork tenderloin
- 1 piece butter lettuce
- 100 g daikon
- 3 piece scallion
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
Step 1
Slice the pork tenderloin into thin strips. Mix the soy sauce and honey together in a bowl.
Step 2
Sear the pork over high heat in a hot skillet for 5 minutes, adding the soy-honey mixture at the end of cooking to glaze.
Step 3
Shred the daikon and finely slice the scallions.
Step 4
Place the glazed pork in butter lettuce leaves, top with shredded daikon and scallions. Roll and serve.
