Grilled Halloumi and Bell Pepper Lettuce Wraps
Crispy lettuce leaves filled with golden halloumi, roasted bell peppers, and fresh mint. A low-carb Mediterranean wrap.

Ingredients
- 250 g Halloumi
- 1 piece Romaine lettuce
- 1 piece Red bell pepper
- 150 g Cherry tomatoes
- 10 leaf Fresh mint
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the halloumi into 1 cm slices. Slice the bell pepper into strips and halve the cherry tomatoes.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Grill the halloumi for 2 minutes on each side until golden.
Step 3
In the same skillet, sauté the bell pepper for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Arrange the lettuce leaves and fill with grilled halloumi, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, and mint leaves. Roll and serve.
