Lettuce Wraps with Teriyaki Beef and Red Cabbage
Iceberg lettuce leaves filled with teriyaki-marinated beef, crunchy red cabbage, and scallions. An express Japanese-style wrap with savory umami flavors.

Ingredients
- 300 g Beef flap
- 1 piece Iceberg lettuce
- 100 g Red cabbage
- 3 piece Scallion
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
Instructions
Step 1
Thinly slice the beef. Mix soy sauce and mirin, then marinate the beef for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Sear the beef in a very hot skillet for 3-4 minutes, turning regularly.
Step 3
Finely slice the red cabbage and scallions.
Step 4
Fill the iceberg leaves with teriyaki beef, red cabbage, and scallions. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and roll.
