Wrap of Ham and Fresh Vegetables
A Mexican-style wrap with ham, fresh tomatoes, lettuce, and a drizzle of olive oil. Light, fresh, and perfect for lunch.

Ingredients
- 6 slice Ham
- 2 piece Gluten-free tortillas
- 1 piece Fresh tomatoes
- 50 g Lettuce
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Wash and slice the tomato. Prepare the lettuce.
Step 2
Lightly warm the tortillas in the microwave (15 seconds) to soften them.
Step 3
Assemble the wraps: place 3 slices of ham and add lettuce and tomatoes.
Step 4
Drizzle lightly with olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Roll the wraps.
