Red Cabbage Wraps with Crispy Tofu and Radishes
Crispy red cabbage leaves wrapping golden pan-fried tofu coated in flax seeds, crunchy radishes, and a tangy tahini-lemon sauce. A colorful and nutritious Korean-style wrap.

Ingredients
- 300 g firm tofu
- 6 leaves red cabbage
- 6 piece radishes
- 2 tbsp flax seeds
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
Instructions
Step 1
Drain the tofu, cut into sticks, and coat with flax seeds. Slice the radishes into thin rounds. Mix the tahini with lemon juice and 1 tbsp of water.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a skillet over high heat. Pan-fry the tofu sticks for 3 minutes on each side until golden.
Step 3
Lay out the red cabbage leaves and fill with crispy tofu and radish slices.
Step 4
Drizzle with the tahini-lemon sauce, roll, and serve.
