Chinese Cabbage Wraps with Smoked Tofu and Carrots
Chinese cabbage leaves filled with pan-fried smoked tofu, shredded carrots, and a light peanut sauce. A fresh and satisfying Vietnamese-style wrap.

Ingredients
- 300 g smoked tofu
- 6 leaves Chinese cabbage
- 2 pieces carrots
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the smoked tofu into thin strips. Shred the carrots. Mix the peanut butter with soy sauce and 2 tbsp of warm water.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a skillet over high heat. Sauté the smoked tofu strips for 4 minutes until crispy.
Step 3
Arrange the Chinese cabbage leaves and fill with smoked tofu and shredded carrots.
Step 4
Drizzle with peanut sauce, roll up the leaves and serve.
