Cabbage Wraps with Goat Cheese and Grilled Peppers
Large green cabbage leaves wrapped around creamy goat cheese, grilled peppers and walnuts. A vegetarian Provençal-inspired wrap that is light and flavorful.

Ingredients
- 200 g Fresh goat cheese
- 6 leaf Green cabbage
- 1 piece Red bell pepper
- 1 piece Yellow bell pepper
- 30 g Walnut pieces
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Seed the peppers and cut into strips. Roughly chop the walnuts.
Step 2
Blanch the cabbage leaves for 1 minute in boiling water to soften. Drain and pat dry.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a skillet and grill the pepper strips for 5 minutes over medium-high heat until lightly charred.
Step 4
Spread goat cheese on each cabbage leaf, fill with grilled peppers and walnuts. Roll tightly and serve.
