Beef Stroganoff and Mushroom Omelet Wrap
A thin golden omelet filled with tender beef strips in a creamy stroganoff sauce, along with mushrooms and onion. A rich and comforting Russian-inspired wrap.

Ingredients
- 300 g Sirloin steak
- 4 piece Eggs
- 150 g Button mushrooms
- 1 piece Onion
- 3 tbsp Heavy cream
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
Instructions
Step 1
Slice the sirloin into thin strips. Mince the onion and slice the mushrooms.
Step 2
Sear the beef for 2 minutes over high heat, set aside. In the same skillet, sauté the onion and mushrooms for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add the heavy cream and mustard to the mushrooms, return the beef and mix for 1 minute off the heat.
Step 4
Beat the eggs and cook two thin round omelets in a lightly oiled skillet. Fill with stroganoff, roll and serve.
