Indian-Style Chickpea and Spinach Stir-Fry with Turmeric
Spiced chickpeas stir-fried with fresh spinach, turmeric, and cumin in an express chana palak style. A fiber and protein-rich Indian wok dish.

Ingredients
- 400 g Canned chickpeas
- 200 g Fresh spinach
- 2 piece Tomato
- 1 tsp Ground turmeric
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Drain and rinse the chickpeas. Cut the tomatoes into cubes. Wash the spinach.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a wok over high heat. Add the cumin and turmeric, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Step 3
Add the chickpeas and tomatoes. Stir-fry for 8 minutes until the chickpeas are slightly crispy.
Step 4
Add the spinach and cook for 2 minutes until wilted. Season and serve.
