Express Wok with Spaghetti and Crispy Vegetables
A simplified Asian-style wok with spaghetti, carrots, and celery in a light soy sauce. Ready in 25 minutes, delicious and nutritious.

Ingredients
- 200 g Spaghetti
- 200 g Carrots
- 150 g Celery stalks
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 10 g Fresh ginger
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1.5 l Water
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti for 9 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
Meanwhile, peel and cut the carrots and celery into thin batons.
Step 3
Peel and finely mince the ginger and garlic.
Step 4
Heat the oil in a wok or large pan over high heat.
Step 5
Add ginger and garlic, sauté for 30 seconds to release the flavors.
Step 6
Add carrots and celery, stir-fry for 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 7
Add the cooked spaghetti and soy sauce. Mix well and heat through for 2 minutes.
Step 8
Serve hot.
