Wok of Veal with Asparagus and Lemon
Thinly sliced veal sautéed with fresh green asparagus and cherry tomatoes, finished with a bright squeeze of lemon. Light and fresh with Italian flair.

Ingredients
- 300 g veal scallop
- 200 g green asparagus
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 piece lemon
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Slice the veal thinly into strips. Cut the asparagus into 4 cm pieces and halve the cherry tomatoes.
Step 2
Heat the wok with olive oil. Sear the veal over high heat for 3 minutes. Set aside.
Step 3
Sauté the asparagus in the wok for 4 minutes, then add the cherry tomatoes for 1 minute.
Step 4
Return the veal to the wok, squeeze the lemon over, season with salt and pepper, toss, and serve.
