Teriyaki Salmon Wok with Broccoli and Bell Peppers
Tender saumon sautéed with homemade teriyaki sauce, crispy broccoli, and colorful bell peppers. A Japanese classic ready in 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 300 g salmon fillet
- 200 g broccoli
- 1 piece red bell pepper
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp fresh ginger
Instructions
Step 1
Cut salmon into 2 cm cubes. Cut broccoli into small florets and bell pepper into strips.
Step 2
Mix soy sauce, honey, and grated ginger in a bowl.
Step 3
Heat wok over high heat with a drizzle of oil. Sear salmon cubes for 2 minutes on each side, then set aside.
Step 4
In the same wok, stir-fry broccoli and bell pepper for 3-4 minutes. Return salmon, pour sauce, and toss for 1 minute.
