Vegetable Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 200 g Celery
- 300 g Cooked rice
- 2 piece Eggs
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 clove Garlic
- 40 ml Oil
- 3 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut celery into small dice and mince garlic.
Step 2
Beat eggs in a bowl with a pinch of salt.
Step 3
Heat oil in the wok, add garlic and celery, cook for 4 minutes.
Step 4
Add cooked rice, pour in soy sauce, and stir well.
Step 5
Create a well in the center, pour in beaten eggs, and stir until fully cooked.
