Tikka Chicken Stir-Fry with Spinach
Indian spices coat golden wok-fried chicken paired with fresh spinach and burst cherry tomatoes. Creamy-free tikka bursting with flavor.

Ingredients
- 400 g chicken breast
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp tikka masala paste
- 2 tbsp plain yogurt
- 2 clove garlic
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into cubes. Mix with the tikka paste and yogurt. Wash the spinach.
Step 2
Sear the marinated chicken in oiled wok over high heat for 5 minutes with minced garlic.
Step 3
Add the halved cherry tomatoes. Cook for 3 minutes until they burst.
Step 4
Stir in the fresh spinach and toss for 2 minutes until wilted. Adjust seasoning to taste.
