Korean-Style Chicken Wok with Bean Sprouts
A spicy Korean stir-fry made with gochujang, featuring tender chicken, bean sprouts, and meltingly soft zucchini. Flavorful and comforting.

Ingredients
- 400 g boneless chicken thighs
- 150 g bean sprouts
- 1 piece zucchini
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 stems green onion
- 2 cloves garlic
Instructions
Step 1
Slice the chicken. Cut the zucchini into half-moons and mince the green onions.
Step 2
Heat the sesame oil in the wok. Sear the chicken with minced garlic for 4 minutes.
Step 3
Add the zucchini and bean sprouts. Stir-fry over high heat for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Stir in the gochujang until everything is well coated. Garnish with minced green onions.
