Thai Basil Chicken Wok
A classic Thai street food favorite, pad kra pao revisited with crispy vegetables and fragrant chicken perfumed with sacred basil.

Ingredients
- 400 g Chicken breast
- 1 piece Red bell pepper
- 150 g Green beans
- 1 bunch Fresh Thai basil
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 clove Garlic
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
Instructions
Step 1
Slice the chicken into thin strips. Cut the bell pepper into strips and trim the green beans.
Step 2
Heat the sesame oil in the wok over high heat. Sear the chicken for 3 minutes while stirring.
Step 3
Add the minced garlic, bell pepper and green beans. Stir-fry for 4 minutes.
Step 4
Deglaze with soy sauce, add the Thai basil and toss for 1 minute off the heat.
