Curry Noodle Wok with Mackerel and Vegetables

Ingredients
- 350 g Spaghetti
- 400 g Mackerel
- 200 g Carrots
- 150 g Celery
- 10 g Curry
- 30 ml Soy sauce
- 40 ml Oil
- 1500 ml Water
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water, drain, and set aside.
Step 2
Cut the carrots and celery into thin sticks.
Step 3
Heat the oil in the wok and cook the curry for 1 minute.
Step 4
Add the vegetables and stir-fry over high heat for 4 minutes.
Step 5
Add the flaked mackerel and spaghetti, pour in the soy sauce, mix well, and heat through for 2 minutes.
