Asian-Style Tomato and Mushroom Pasta Wok
Farfalle tossed in a wok with fresh tomatoes, mushrooms, and a hint of soy sauce. A delicious blend of Italian and Asian traditions.

Ingredients
- 200 g Farfalle
- 3 piece Tomatoes
- 200 g Button mushrooms
- 1 stalk Celery
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 clove Garlic
- 0.5 tsp Honey
- à volonté Salt
- à volonté Pepper
- 2 stem Green onions
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the farfalle in salted boiling water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
Clean and slice the mushrooms. Cut the tomatoes into chunks. Mince the garlic and celery.
Step 3
Heat the oil in the wok over high heat. Sauté the garlic and celery for 1 minute.
Step 4
Add the mushrooms and tomatoes. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 5
Add the cooked pasta to the wok with the soy sauce and honey. Mix well for 2 minutes to heat through. Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with green onions.
