Paneer Tikka Wok with Broccoli
Cubes of paneer marinated in tikka spices, stir-fried in a wok with crispy broccoli and red onion. A vibrant Indian stir-fry packed with protein.

Ingredients
- 250 g Paneer
- 250 g Broccoli
- 1 piece Red onion
- 2 tsp Tikka masala spices
- 2 tbsp Plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the paneer into 2 cm cubes and coat with yogurt and tikka spices. Cut the broccoli into florets and slice the onion.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a wok over high heat. Sear the marinated paneer cubes for 4 minutes, stirring. Set aside.
Step 3
Stir-fry the onion for 2 minutes, add the broccoli and cook for 4 minutes, stirring regularly.
Step 4
Return the paneer, toss for 2 minutes over medium heat and serve.
