Thai Noodle Wok with Vegetables
A delicious Thai-inspired wok with pasta, carrots, and a spiced sauce. Quick and satisfying.

Ingredients
- 300 g spaghetti
- 250 g carrots
- 100 g celery
- 1 tsp curry
- 4 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp tamari or soy sauce
- 2 clove garlic
- 200 ml water
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
Step 2
Cut the carrots into matchsticks and the celery into small batons. Mince the garlic.
Step 3
Heat the oil in the wok over high heat. Add the garlic and curry, let infuse for 1 minute.
Step 4
Add the carrots and celery, stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until slightly tender.
Step 5
Add the cooked pasta, pour in the soy sauce and water. Stir vigorously for 2 minutes and serve hot.
