Curried Noodle Wok with Vegetables and Peanuts
An Asian-inspired wok with stir-fried spaghetti, carrots, curry, and a crunchy peanut topping. Flavorful and ready in 25 minutes.

Ingredients
- 250 g Spaghetti
- 2 piece Carrots
- 1 stalk Celery
- 2 tsp Curry powder
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 80 g Unsalted peanuts
- 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 2 clove Garlic
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Boil water and cook the spaghetti, then drain and set aside.
Step 2
Cut the carrots and celery into thin julienne, and mince the garlic.
Step 3
Coarsely chop the peanuts with a blender or the back of a spoon.
Step 4
Heat the oil in a wok over high heat.
Step 5
Add the garlic and curry powder, sauté for 30 seconds.
Step 6
Add carrots and celery, stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Step 7
Add the spaghetti and soy sauce, toss and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Step 8
Top with crushed peanuts and serve hot.
