Curry Noodle Wok with Vegetables and Peanuts
A delicious Asian wok with spaghetti, curry, and crunchy toppings. Quick, flavorful, and lightly exotic.

Ingredients
- 300 g Spaghetti
- 2 piece Carrots
- 1 stalk Celery
- 1.5 tsp Curry
- 80 g Peanuts
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 2 clove Garlic
- 100 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water, drain and set aside.
Step 2
Peel and cut the carrots into fine julienne. Cut the celery into sticks. Mince the garlic.
Step 3
Heat the oil in the wok over high heat, add the garlic and curry, and sauté for 30 seconds.
Step 4
Add carrots and celery, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes while stirring constantly.
Step 5
Pour in the cooked pasta, add the soy sauce and water, and mix well.
Step 6
Add the crushed peanuts, mix for 1 minute and serve immediately while hot.
