Mackerel Wok with Carrots and Whole Oats
A nutritious fusion wok combining pan-seared mackerel, sautéed carrots, and a bed of whole oats. Perfect for a healthy and balanced meal, rich in omega-3s.

Ingredients
- 400 g Mackerel
- 250 g Carrots
- 150 g Oats
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 10 g Fresh ginger
- 1 piece Lemon
- à volonté Salt
- à volonté Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the oats according to package instructions (approximately 8 minutes) and drain.
Step 2
Thinly slice the carrots and mince the fresh ginger.
Step 3
Cut the mackerel into pieces and sear in the wok over high heat with oil for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Add the carrots and ginger, stir-fry for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Deglaze with soy sauce and lemon juice, season to taste.
Step 6
Serve the wok over a bed of oats.
