Vegetable and Noodle Wok
A colorful and savory Asian wok with sautéed potatoes, carrots, and noodles. A complete and satisfying dish ready in 30 minutes.

Ingredients
- 300 g Potato
- 200 g Carrot
- 300 g Chinese noodles
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 25 ml Peanut oil
- 3 clove Garlic
- 10 g Fresh ginger
- 2 stem Green onion
- 150 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
Step 2
Peel and cut potatoes and carrots into matchsticks. Mince the garlic, ginger, and green onion.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a wok over high heat. Stir-fry the garlic and ginger for 1 minute.
Step 4
Add the potatoes and carrots, cook for 8 minutes, stirring regularly.
Step 5
Add the noodles, soy sauce, and water. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Scatter the green onion over top and serve.
