Asian Noodle Vegetable Stir-Fry
A flavorful and colorful Asian-inspired wok dish with vegetables, carrots, and celery in a light curry-oil sauce. Topped with crushed peanuts.

Ingredients
- 200 g Spaghetti
- 2 piece Carrots
- 1 stalk Celery stalk
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- 2 tbsp Peanut oil
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 30 g Crushed peanuts
- 500 ml Water
- À goût Salt
- À goût Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti, then drain.
Step 2
Finely julienne the carrots and celery into thin sticks.
Step 3
Heat the peanut oil in the wok over high heat.
Step 4
Add the curry powder and let it sizzle for 30 seconds.
Step 5
Add the vegetables and stir-fry for 4 minutes over high heat.
Step 6
Add the cooked spaghetti and soy sauce, mixing well for 2 minutes.
Step 7
Season with salt and pepper, garnish with crushed peanuts, and serve.
