Vegetable and Lentil Wok with Soy-Ginger Sauce

Ingredients
- 200 g Cooked lentils
- 250 g Cauliflower
- 200 g Zucchini
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 piece (2cm) Fresh ginger
- 2 clove Garlic
- 100 ml Water
- à goût Black pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the vegetables into batons or small pieces. Finely mince the garlic and ginger.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the wok and stir-fry the garlic and ginger for 1 minute.
Step 3
Add the cauliflower and zucchini, stir-fry for 8 minutes over medium-high heat.
Step 4
Add the cooked lentils, pour in the soy sauce and water, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Season with black pepper and serve hot.
