Vegetable Stir-Fry with Curry and Basmati Rice
A flavorful Asian wok with carrots and celery in a creamy curry sauce, served over fluffy basmati rice.

Ingredients
- 3 piece Carrots
- 2 stalk Celery stalks
- 12 g Curry powder
- 250 g Basmati rice
- 500 ml Water
- 200 ml Coconut milk
- 30 ml Peanut oil
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the basmati rice and cook it in 500 ml of water with a little salt. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the carrots and celery into uniform sticks.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a wok over high heat. Add the vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Sprinkle the curry powder over the vegetables, mix well and cook for 1 minute. Pour in the coconut milk and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper. Serve the stir-fry over a bed of hot basmati rice.
