Moroccan-Style Shrimp Stir-Fry with Spinach

Ingredients
- 400 g raw shrimp
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 150 g crushed tomatoes
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 15 g fresh cilantro
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the spinach and drain well. Roughly chop the cilantro.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in the wok. Sear the shrimp with cumin for 2 minutes on each side over high heat.
Step 3
Add the crushed tomatoes and spinach. Cook for 2 minutes until the spinach wilts. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve.
