Italian-Style Shrimp and Zucchini Wok

Ingredients
- 400 g peeled shrimp
- 2 piece zucchini
- 50 g sun-dried tomatoes in oil
- 3 clove garlic
- 10 leaf fresh basil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the zucchini into half-rounds. Mince the garlic and cut the sun-dried tomatoes into strips.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in the wok over high heat. Sear the shrimp with the garlic for 2 minutes on each side, then set aside.
Step 3
Stir-fry the zucchini for 3 minutes. Add the sun-dried tomatoes and shrimp, toss for 1 minute. Top with fresh basil and serve.
