Vietnamese Wok of Lemongrass Shrimp
Fragrant shrimp infused with lemongrass and fish sauce, stir-fried with mushrooms and bok choy. A vibrant and fresh dish inspired by Hanoi.

Ingredients
- 350 g raw peeled shrimp
- 200 g bok choy
- 150 g shiitake mushrooms
- 2 stalks lemongrass
- 2 tbsp fish sauce (nuoc-mâm)
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
Instructions
Step 1
Finely mince the lemongrass (white part). Cut the bok choy in half lengthwise. Slice the shiitakes.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the wok over high heat. Sear the shrimp with lemongrass for 2 minutes, then set aside.
Step 3
Stir-fry the shiitakes for 2 minutes, add the bok choy and cook for 2 minutes. Return the shrimp, drizzle with fish sauce, and serve.
