Wok of Shrimp with Garlic and Broccolini Sichuan Style
Shrimp stir-fried with garlic and fresh broccolini with a hint of Sichuan pepper. A spicy and aromatic wok dish for lovers of intense flavors.

Ingredients
- 300 g Large peeled shrimp
- 200 g Broccolini (broccoli stems)
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 piece Green bell pepper
- 1 tsp Sichuan pepper
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Cut broccolini into 5 cm pieces and bell pepper into strips. Mince garlic finely.
Step 2
Heat wok over very high heat. Stir-fry broccolini and pepper for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Add shrimp and garlic, cook for 2-3 minutes while stirring constantly.
Step 4
Sprinkle crushed Sichuan pepper, drizzle soy sauce, and toss for 30 seconds. Serve immediately.
