Wok of Stir-Fried Carrots and Celery with Garlic
A simple and flavorful wok dish with crisp carrots and celery, infused with garlic and olive oil. Perfect alongside rice or pasta.

Ingredients
- 300 g Carrots
- 150 g Celery
- 15 ml Olive oil
- 2 clove Garlic
- 50 ml Water
- à volonté Salt
- à volonté Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and mince the garlic very finely. Cut the carrots and celery into matchsticks.
Step 2
Heat the wok over high heat with olive oil. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Step 3
Add the carrots and celery. Stir-fry over high heat for 8 minutes, stirring regularly.
Step 4
Pour in the water, cover, and steam for 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
