Wok-Fried Cod with Bean Sprouts and Oyster Sauce
Tender cod pieces stir-fried in a wok with fresh bean sprouts, julienned carrots and fragrant oyster sauce. A light and quick Cantonese classic.

Ingredients
- 300 g cod fillet
- 200 g bean sprouts
- 2 piece carrot
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the cod into 3 cm cubes. Cut the carrots into fine julienne and mince the garlic.
Step 2
Heat the wok over high heat with the oil. Sear the cod 2 minutes per side, then remove.
Step 3
Stir-fry the carrot julienne and garlic for 2 minutes. Add the bean sprouts and cook for 1 minute.
Step 4
Return the cod, coat with oyster sauce and toss gently for 1 minute.
