Thai Basil Beef Wok
A Bangkok street food favorite revisited in the wok: beef strips seared with fresh Thai basil, crisp green beans, and red bell pepper. Fragrant and ready in 15 minutes.

Ingredients
- 300 g Rump steak
- 150 g Green beans
- 1 piece Red bell pepper
- 1 bunch Fresh Thai basil
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 clove Garlic
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the beef into thin strips and slice the bell pepper. Mince the garlic.
Step 2
Heat the wok over high heat with sesame oil. Sear the beef for 2 minutes, stirring.
Step 3
Add the garlic, green beans, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Pour in the soy sauce, add the Thai basil, and mix for 1 minute. Serve immediately.
