Spinach and Broccoli Velouté

Ingredients
- 200 g Spinach
- 200 g Broccoli
- 500 ml Water
- 20 g Butter
- 40 g Parmesan
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the broccoli into small florets and bring water to a boil in a saucepan.
Step 2
Add broccoli to the boiling water and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Add spinach and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Pour everything into a blender with the butter and blend until smooth.
Step 5
Return to the saucepan, add grated Parmesan, season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
