Creamy Chicken, Broccoli and Cheddar Soup
A rich and creamy Anglo-Saxon soup with chicken, broccoli and melted cheddar. Comforting and protein-rich, made without flour or thickeners.

Ingredients
- 350 g Chicken breasts
- 600 ml Chicken broth
- 250 g Broccoli
- 60 g Grated cheddar
- 1 piece Onion
- 50 ml Light sour cream
Instructions
Step 1
Dice the chicken, separate the broccoli into florets and mince the onion.
Step 2
Sauté the onion in a pot for 2 minutes. Add the chicken and sear for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Pour in the broth, add the broccoli. Cook for 12 minutes over medium heat, then coarsely blend half of the soup.
Step 4
Return to low heat, add the sour cream and cheddar, stirring until melted. Serve immediately.
